PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
SHIPPING
We currently ship worldwide from Thailand.Select orders may be fulfilled and shipped domestically from Japan when inventory is available.
Shipping times vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.
Estimated delivery times are:
- Japan: 5–10 business days
- Asia: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 7–20 business days
- North America: 7–20 business days
- Other countries: 7–25 business days
Please note that these are estimates and delivery times may vary.
TRACKING
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.
ISLA STUDIO CLUB is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
